
Most of the time a am a pretty healthy eater. I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for snacks, and either a turkey sandwich or eggs and toast for lunch. But there is about 1 week every month where my inner FAT KID comes out and takes over my brain. During that week my self control goes out the window, and I find myself unable to think about anything except junk food.
Well, this week has been one of those weeks. Today for breakfast I had Diet Coke and Starbursts. For lunch instead of eating my usual eggs and toast I opted to eat Cheetos and Ice Cream.
Sometimes I decide to not give in to my cravings, and instead I just voice every craving to Bryan (I am sure that he loves this) which probably makes him think he is married to a crazy person. In the matter of about an hour I will let him know that I am craving ice cream, burritos, candy, french fries, pickles, cake, hot wings, hamburgers, potato salad, frosting, and mashed potatoes.
I wish there was a way that I could get this fat kid out of my head!
