Bryan and I usually go to bed before 10. If we go out to dinner we make sure that we go at like 5:30 so that the restaurant won't be too crowded, and we usually find ourselves surrounded by people at least twice our age. We actually considered buying a Buick. Most weekends for us are spent cleaning the house, watching TV, going to bed early, and going to church. My little brother and his friend call us Mom and Dad. We often think of what we are going to do when we retire, and we discuss it like it is going to happen next year.
Now, all of these things didn't seem odd to me until some people at my work started asking questions, and saying things to me like:
Do you ever do anything fun on the weekend?
Do you and your husband have any friends?
I dare you to stay out until 11.
So what happens if you get less than like 10 hours of sleep...maybe you should try it!
You don't have kids, and you just stay at home and watch TV...live it up while you have the chance!
Now I am a little self conscious that maybe I am more boring than I thought!

HA!!! It's sooo true, and I'm glad I can live this life with you. Just wait until we're really 73. Maybe we'll be pro shuffle boarders by then!
